CALAMITY DAY INFORMATION

In an effort to alleviate some of our many make up days this brutal winter has caused, the Bellevue City Schools board of education has approved an adjustment to our school calendar.  We have canceled our professional development day on Monday Feb. 3 and it will now be a regular school day for our students.  Students should report to school on Feb. 3.  The board also approved a new opportunity from the Ohio Department of Education to make up three of our calamity days by doing work online.  More information will be coming from your child’s building principal on the online make up opportunity.    If access to online lessons is an issue due to technology, your child can get copies of the lessons from his or her teacher.  This will alleviate four make-up days and keep graduation as scheduled at this point in time.  Thank you all for your support and patience during this record breaking winter.  The safety of our students is always our top priority.  Thank You, Kim Schubert, Superintendent
