Quality Profile

We are committed to a high quality education for all students by providing a rigorous and relevant curriculum, positive relationships with our stakeholders and accountability. Every student will develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in an evolving global society.

Dear Bellevue Redmen Community,
I am pleased to present to you the first Bellevue City Schools Quality Profile. This report will give you a special look inside of our schools in a way that is not measured by the state report card or the standardized testing measures by which we are graded by our state. I have worked with many school districts, both in our region and across the state, as we have continuously expressed our concerns over the confusing, and often unfair, criteria for measuring school district success in Ohio. As the superintendent of your school district, I believe in accountability and being held to high quality standards for the educational system we offer the students in our community. Unfortunately, the current system in Ohio is not a complete picture of all of the great educational opportunities taking place but rather a snapshot picture of one high stakes test on one day.
I am extremely proud to provide you with our Quality Profile which showcases many of the accomplishments and student opportunities taking place in all of our schools. The profile contains details in the areas of academics, arts, student leadership activities, community involvement, and student services. I hope that you all enjoy reviewing our school successes and celebrating our accomplishments with us. It is our pleasure to serve the Bellevue community, especially the students we feel so fortunate to educate every day.
With Redmen Pride,
Kim Schubert, Superintendent
Bellevue City Schools
