This past spring every district in Ohio was asked to submit a candidate for Ohio Teacher of the Year. Our administrative team worked together to select a candidate for this special award and submitted kindergarten teacher Natalie Danhoff to represent our district. Mrs. Danhoff is a shining example of the professionalism, expertise and passionate teaching evident in Bellevue City Schools.
We were notified on Sept. 1st that Natalie has been selected as a Top 5 Finalist to be the Ohio Teacher of the Year.
The staff at Bellevue City Schools would like to wish her the very best as her next step is to interview with the Ohio Teacher of the Year Committee in Columbus. She will be surrounded by positive Redmen thoughts and we will all be with her in spirit as she represents Bellevue in Columbus.
We are all very proud of her regardless of the outcome. You are already a winner to all of us!
