Renovation at Bellevue High School
The outside appearance at Bellevue High School, which has not undergone any major improvements since it was built and opened its doors in 1963, has been completed.
In July, the Bellevue Board of Education awarded the contract to replace the doors and windows to local business, Capital Aluminum and Glass. In August, the installation of doors and windows began. The new doors and windows will make the building more energy efficient resulting in energy savings to the district. The appearance of the high school will be greatly enhanced with the new doors and windows. Funding for this project came from the Permanent Improvement Fund.
