The Rules and Expectations RULES 1. Be on time and in your seat when the bell rings 2. Be prepared with all materials needed for class 3. Show respect for the opinions and ideas of the teacher and others in class 4. Show respect for the materials of the class and the other students
EXPECTATIONS I expect all students to at least TRY while in class. If something is not understood after it has been explained, students are to feel free to ask for clarification, seek an explanation from a friend near them, see the teacher either before or after school for extra help, or sign-up for peer tutoring during study hall. I expect homework to be completed on time and in class work to be completed while in class. All materials are expected to be brought to class everyday. This includes your textbook, workbook, notebook, notebook paper, and something to write with. |

Consequences 1st offense - Warning 2nd offense - Extra assignment due next day 3rd offense - 30 minute detention 4th offense - 30 minute detention 5th offense - 60 minute detention 6th offense - 60 minute detention 7th+ offenses - call home or office visit
These offense are counted for the entire school year. Insubordination will not be tolerated and students will be held accountable for their actions. |
