Time Change for Boys Basketball Game at Shelby Dec. 29

The High School boys basketball game at Shelby on December 29th, has been moved up 1 hour.  The freshmen will play at 3:30 p.m., JV at approx. 4:45 p.m. and Varsity at approx. 6:30 p.m. Go Redmen!

Football PlayoffsThe Bellevue Redmen will play the Clear Fork Colts in the Sweet Sixteen of Division IV Football Playoffs.  Presale tickets will be available at Bellevue High School on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Tickets are $8.00 presale and $9.00 at the gate.  Get your tickets early as $1.20 of each presale ticket supports BHS.  GO REDMEN!

Presale Tickets will be available both Thursday & Friday of this week at Bellevue High School main office from 7:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  

All presale tickets will be $5.00, while all tickets at the gate Friday night will be $6.00.  Single game Reserve Seat tickets are available for $7.00.  

Get your tickets early to avoid tickets lines.  Go Redmen!  


Bellevue Redmen Boys Basketball Reserved Seats will go on sale starting on Monday, November 6, to those people who had tickets last season.  One week will be given to allow those ticket holders from last year purchase the same seats or pick out some new seats.

Starting on Monday, November 13, all members of the general public are welcome to purchase their reserve tickets for this season.     

This year there are (11) home games.  The price of a reserve seat is $6.00/game.  This is the same price of a general admission ticket on game night.  Same cost and same seat all season long. The senior citizen price is $4.00/game.  We appreciate your willingness to purchase your tickets early for the entire Redmen Basketball Season.

Cost of the (11) game adult reserved seat package is $66.00.  Parents of team members or cheerleaders may purchase a reserved ticket for $60.00.  A student or child reserve seat is $44.00, while a senior citizen ticket is also $44.00.

The boys’ basketball team opens its regular season at home vs. the Huron Tigers on Saturday, December 2.

Open Seat-Bellevue Board of Education

The Bellevue Board of Education is accepting applicants to fill the unexpired term of board member, Neil Carlson, who has resigned due to travel requirements of a new job.  The term will expire on January 1st after the next Board of Education election, which is November 2019.

Community members who are interested in this position may submit a letter of interest to Tammy Flicker, Treasurer, 125 North Street, Bellevue, Ohio 44811.  Deadline to submit is 4 p.m. on May 25, 2018.

Financial Aid Night

College bound students and their parents are invited to attend a regional Financial Aid Night hosted by the High School Guidance Department on October 30, 2018 at 6 PM in the high school cafeteria.   Cheryl Chafee from BGSU-Firelands will be covering a wide range of topics including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), loans, grants, scholarships and other financial aid resources.

Frosh, JV & Varsity Boys Basketball Game vs Norwalk Postponed

The Bellevue vs. Norwalk Boys Basketball games scheduled for tonight have been canceled due to the weather conditions getting worse throughout the day and forecast of ice & snow from 1:00 p.m. to around 8:00 p.m.  The games have been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 1.

Baby-Sitter Transportation

A request for Baby-Sitter Transportation Form for each child must be received by August 1.  New forms must be completed each school year for all students not transporting from their residence.  This includes daycare, grandparents, other family members, babysitters, or other circumstances.

Reserve tickets for the 2018 Bellevue Redmen Football Season and Marching Band Season will be on sale beginning Monday, July 30th. for those who were season ticket holders from last year.  All remaining reserved seats will go on sale August 6th.  For more information click here

The Bellevue Police Auxillary is offering Safety School to incoming Kindergarten students. Safety School will be held August 6, 7 & 8. Safety School is a free service for any child entering Bellevue City Schools or ICS.

Summer Food Service Program

All children ages 1 through 18 are eligible to receive free meals during the summer months at participating program sites. Individuals ages 19 through 21 who have been identified as having mental or physical disabilities and are following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) through their current enrollment in educational programs also are eligible for free summer meals.
