Wanna hear the music? |
Go to http://www.jwpepper.com and enter a song title we are working on in the search box. This website has free recordings of most of the pieces we will be playing throughout the year. (Some recordings require a download of RealPlayer, others are basic mp3 format). To my knowledge these files are NOT downloadable to ipods or other music playing devices. It does not cost anything--the prices you see are for band directors who want to purchase the entire piece.
Some pieces we will be working on this year:
7th grade: The Big Circus March--Robert Foster Zuni Legend--Mark Williams Imperium--Michael Sweeney Evening at the Symphony--John O'Reilly A Song for Friends--Larry Daehn In Darkest Night--Barry Kopetz
8th grade: Three Kentucky Sketches--John O'Reilly Island Paradise--James Swearingen To a New Beginning--James Swearingen Bugs!--David Schaffer We're All in This Together (from "High School Musical")--Johnny Vinson
