The Bellevue City School District has been rated Excellent on the 2010-11 local report card. The district met 25 of 26 indicators, raising their rating from Effective in 2009-10 to Excellent.

| As of January 2011, verified bullying incidents reported: High School 0 Middle School 1 Ridge 0 Shumaker 0 York 0 Reporting Requirement: At least semi-annually, the Superintendent shall provide to the President of the Board a written summary of all reported incidents and post the summary on the District web site (if one exists). The list shall be limited to the number of verified acts of harassment, intimidation, and/or bullying, whether in the classroom, on school property, to and from school, or at school-sponsored events. |
