Modern World History
Accelerated Modern World History
This is a required course for all freshman at BHS. The focus of MWH is to prepare students for the OGT test and to introduce them to the major world events since 1750.

Emphasis is placed on writing and reading skills.

This is a one semester course.
This is an elective course for freshman. Students are expected to be highly motivated to be able to work independently. Emphasis is placed on high level reading and researching skills.

This is a full year course.

Psychology is a fall course focusing on individual human behavior.

Sociology is a spring course focusing on societal behavior.

Both courses are one semester.
