(Future Farmers of America)
The purpose of FFA is to develop competent, aggressive, rural and agricultural leadership and to create and nurture a respect for agriculture. The confidence of young men and women in themselves and their agricultural occupations will be strengthened. Members will gain individual occupational experience in agricultural occupations. Members will be encouraged to improve the home and its surroundings and to participate in worthy undertakings for the improvement of agriculture. Emphasis will be on citizenship, patriotism, cooperation, and scholarship.
