Handball and Weight Training
On Mondays and Wednesdays students are learning and playing an olympic sport called Handball (please refer to the handball link). Students are performing different stretches and resistence exercises with elastic bands, dumbbells, barbells and weight machines on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weight training will help students maintain and build strength. It will also increase muscle tissue. On Fridays the students participate in an activity with PE 1.
