Did you know the fastest growing group declaring bankruptcy is young adults age 20-24? How can YOU avoid this problem? In the first nine weeks specific topics will be covered including values important to you, spending plans, saving, managing your cash, renting vs. owning a home, shopping for an automobile, financial institutions, electronic banking, credit, identity theft, and types of insurance. The second half of the class you will be involved in living the life of a typical American based on national numbers and use the information learned in the first half of the class to make these decisions. This curriculum is developed by Montana State University and is sponsored by Home Savings and Loan in Bellevue, OH.
