CALLING ALL PARENTS
February 22, 2008
Dear Parents,
It has come to the attention of York School that at the end of this school year our PTO will be leaving us, as some of their children will be graduating to the Jr. High and others are involved in many other outside activities. This would be a wonderful opportunity for you to make a difference in your child's/children's life. Being part of your child's PTO has many benefits and rewards which include:
* Making decisions on fundraisers for the school year.
* Helping to decide which causes to contribute towards
in the classrooms or the entire school.
* Meeting new people and creating new friendships.
* Making lifelong memories, for you and your child.
* And last but certainly not least, knowing you have
made a difference for your child and their elementary
alma mater.
We need fresh new ideas and we are confident that you have many to offer. Currently the PTO meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm. The next meeting is Wednesday, March 12. Stop by and see what it's like.
