Alaska vacation
The beautiful state of Alaska!!
Learning and Linking
Visiting Alaska has long been a dream of my husband and I. This dream was realized in the summer of 2005. Now I am able to use visualization and text to world connections when I recall my trip. As I teach my students, I want them to be able to make connections to what they are learning. They should be able to predict, question and recall what they have learned while retaining the excitement of learning.
Learning is fun

York Organized Right Kids
This bright green book is called the YORK book. All students in the class have this notebook with two pocket folders. These folders are used to help with organization. The front of the folder contains a pocket for notes and lunch money. The folders are for homework, work to keep at home, tests or graded work, and important papers. The back pocket is for spelling lists.
