The Bellevue High School Redmen Band has a long tradition of excellence in both marching and concert seasons. With over 40 performances a year, the Bellevue Redmen Marching Band performs at all home and away football games, pep rallies, and local parades. The Pep Band performs at all home boys basketball games and select girls basketball games. OMEA Solo & Ensemble and OMEA District II Honors Band are also available to all band students. During concert season, the Jazz Band also performs at Jazz Festivals and our Spring Concert. Also during concert season, the band splits into two groups, the Wind Ensemble and the Symphonic Band, where they perform a Winter and Spring Concert as well as performing at the OMEA District II Large Group Adjudicated Event. Beginning in 2019, the Symphonic Band began participating in District Large Group for the first time ever. The Wind Ensemble has routinely qualified for State Large Group where they have earned a Superior Rating (I) 12 of the past 16 years. Check out many of our performances on YouTube!
