Welcome to Bellevue City Schools!

It is an incredible honor to serve as Superintendent of Bellevue City Schools. As a lifelong member of our community, a Bellevue High School graduate and someone who has dedicated my career to serving our students, I am truly humbled by the opportunity to lead the district that has shaped so many lives—including my own.

Bellevue City Schools has a proud tradition of excellence dating back more than 150 years. While we celebrate our history and the generations who have built our schools into what they are today, we also remain focused on preparing our students for the future. Our commitment is to provide every student with meaningful opportunities to learn, grow and discover their individual path to success.

From our preschool learners to our graduating seniors, we strive to create learning environments where every student is known, valued, challenged and supported. Our dedicated teachers and staff work tirelessly to provide engaging instruction, innovative learning experiences and the academic, social and emotional support students need to thrive. Whether students choose to pursue college, the workforce, military service, or another path after graduation, our goal is to ensure they leave Bellevue prepared for success.

Our district also offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities, fine arts programs, athletic opportunities and student organizations that help develop leadership, character, teamwork and school pride. These experiences complement the classroom and help shape well-rounded graduates who are prepared to make a positive impact in their communities.

One of Bellevue City Schools' greatest strengths is the partnership we share with our families and community. We believe that education is a shared responsibility, and we are grateful for the support of our parents, businesses, alumni and community members who invest in our students each day. Together, we create opportunities that extend well beyond the classroom.

As Superintendent, my commitment is simple: to listen, build trust, communicate openly and always keep students at the center of every decision. I believe that strong relationships, clear communication and a shared vision are the foundation of an outstanding school district.
